The yellow Dot Program was created to assist citizens during automobile accidents when they might not be able to communicate for themselves

How Does the Yellow Dot Program work?
Four items are needed:
a photograph,
a personal information form,
a decal,
and a Yellow Dot folder
These are provided free of charge when you register.
The folder contains the personal medical history, and photo(s)
The folder is stored in your car's glove box in a high visibility yellow folder.
The decal is affixed to the rear driver's side window.
If you are ever in an accident, the first responders will have access to information that may save your live.
